Refund policy

We understand that plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our resort operations. Please read the following terms carefully regarding cancellations, refunds, and amendments to your booking.

1. Cancellation Tiers & Refund Eligibility

The amount refunded depends on how far in advance you notify us of your cancellation relative to your scheduled arrival date:

  • Standard Cancellation (45 Days Prior):
    If a cancellation request is received 45 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date, you are eligible for a 100% refund. The full booking amount will be returned to you.
  • Late Cancellation (15 to 35 Days Prior):
    If a cancellation request is received between 15 and 35 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a partial refund will be issued. In this case, 75% of the total booking value will be refunded, and 25% will be retained as a cancellation fee.
  • Last-Minute Cancellation (0 to 15 Days Prior):
    If a cancellation request is received within 0 to 15 days of the arrival date, the booking is non-refundable. 0% of the booking value will be refunded. This strict policy allows us to manage our inventory effectively as it is difficult to resell rooms on such short notice.
  • Refund timeline :
    Refund will be processed within 48-72 hrs to the original mode of payment from the time refund request has been received .

2. No-Shows and Early Departures

In the event of a “No-Show” (where the guest does not arrive on the scheduled date) or an early departure (checking out before the scheduled departure date), the full booking value will be charged. No refunds will be issued for unused nights.

3. Modification & Amendment Process

Written Confirmation Required: Cancellations and amendments (changes to dates, room types, etc.) are valid only if confirmed in writing. Verbal cancellations over the phone will not be accepted. Please send an email to our reservation team to initiate any changes.

Approval: All amendments are subject to availability and must be approved by the resort management. If an amendment results in a change of dates to a higher-priced season, the difference in fare may apply.

4. Refund Processing

Once a cancellation is confirmed and a refund is approved according to the policy above, the refund amount will be processed to the original mode of payment used during the booking. Please allow a standard processing time for the funds to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
