Day 1:
Auckland
On arrival in Auckland, ‘The City of Sails’, you will be met by our local representative and privately transferred to your hotel.
Day 2:
Bay Of Islands
Today is at your leisure to enjoy the Bay of Islands and Northland. You might like to book an optional Cape Reinga & 90 Mile Beach day tour or take time to explore historic Russell or Kerikeri. Optional activities not included in the tour price.

Day 3:
Auckland – Bay Of Islands
Our Bay of Islands tour begins as we travel north over Auckland’s Harbour Bridge and along the Hibiscus Coast. There is the opportunity to view mighty Kauri Trees enroute. From here our journey will lead us through Whangarei, Northland’s only major city and port, before arriving in the beautiful Bay of Islands. This afternoon enjoy a guided tour of the Waitangi Treaty Grounds to learn about New Zealand’s historic treaty signed between the British Crown and the Maori Chieftains. Following this, take a ‘Hole in the Rock and Cape Brett’ cruise. If you wish, you may disembark from this cruise in Romantic Russell and take some time to explore this historic town, returning to Paihia by local ferry at your leisure (ferry ticket included). Waitangi Treaty Grounds The Waitangi Treaty Grounds, overlooking the Bay of Islands, is New Zealand’s pre-eminent historic site. It was here on February 6th, 1840, that the Treaty of Waitangi was first signed between Maori and the British Crown. Gain a deeper understanding during a guided tour with one of our professional guides and enjoy a high quality cultural performance in our beautiful carved meeting house (Whare Runanga). Explore the Treaty House and marvel at the scale of Ngatokimatawhaorua, one of the world’s largest carved war canoes (waka taua). Take time to wander through the beautiful grounds of the Waitangi estate, complete with extensive gardens, bush tracks, beaches, and fabulous views over the Bay of Islands and beyond. To make the most of your visit you should to allow at least three hours for your Treaty Grounds experience. Hole in the Rock Cruise Cruise through the sheltered waters of the Bay of Islands on Dolphin Seeker, a purpose built dolphin and whale watching catamaran. Enjoy the large outdoor viewing decks as we cruise past the islands of the Bay. Keep a look out for common and bottlenose dolphins, whales and other marine life as we get you up close to the action from the comfort of Dolphin Seeker. Our catamaran is licensed by DOC (the Department of Conservation) for dolphin viewing. Enjoy the views as you cruise past the Cape Brett Lighthouse, before arriving at the majestic Hole in the Rock – hold your breath as the skipper navigates through the narrow space and admire the rock walls which soar above you. Take in the Grand Cathedral Cave before heading back into the sheltered waters of the Bay.

Bay Of Islands- Auckland
At leisure this morning to further explore this beautiful region. Later this afternoon we’ll return to Auckland.
