Day 1:
Zurich
Welcome to Zurich! Upon entering the arrivals hall at Zurich Airport (ZRH), a driver will be waiting to transfer you to the hotel. Our guide will be ready at the hotel and will give an overview of the tour. Enjoy an evening in the historic center beside gorgeous Lake Zurich, where you’ll have plenty of restaurants to choose from (own expense).
Day 2:
Zurich – Bern – Fribourg – Nyon – Lake Geneva – Yvoire – Geneva
We leave for Bern, the capital of Switzerland and, one of the most beautiful and historic cities in the nation. We’ll go to the Garden of Roses for a picture-perfect view of the city. Free time for a stroll and lunch (own expense). In the afternoon we leave for French-speaking Switzerland, stopping in Fribourg. Then we’ll drive to Nyon, a lakeside city with Roman origins. From here we’ll take a boat across Lake Leman to Yvoire, a beautiful medieval village. Accommodations for the evening are in Geneva.

Day 3:
Geneva – Chilllon Castle – Gruyeres – Cailler Chocolate Factory – Gstaad
After breakfast, we’ll include a panoramic tour of Geneva with a local guide. Then we’ll drive to Montreaux to visit Chillon Castle, built upon the waters of Lake Geneva (admission included). We’ll also visit Cailler chocolate factory, tasting included! Continue along little roads amidst bucolic mountain countryside, through picturesque wooden villages. Accommodations for the evening are in Gstaad.

Day 4:
Gstaad – Grindelwald – Grindelwald-First – Meiringen – Aare Gorge – Chiasso
Departing Gstaad we’ll drive around the lakes of Interlaken, arriving at Grindelwald. You will have time for a coffee before taking the cable car up to Grindelwald-First. Lunch is included (vegetarian option available). After that we’ll continue to Meiringen and the spectacular Aare Gorge (admission included). Then we enter the region of Switzerland where the official language is Italian. Accommodation for the evening are in Chiasso, a Swiss city on the Italian border.

Day 5:
Chiasso – Lugano – Burglen – Altdorf – Lucerne – Zurich
On Day 5 we’ll visit Lugano, the cosmopolitan capital of Italian Switzerland with its beautiful lake. Free time explore Lugano. Crossing St. Gotthard Pass, we’ll stop in Burglen, the tiny village where William Tell was born. You will see a 16th-century chapel with paintings illustrating his life. If you want, you can also visit the museum of William Tell at your own expense. In the neighboring city of Altdorf we can also find traces of William Tell’s legacy. Continue to Lucerne. Free time to explore this beautiful city by the lake. Depart for Zurich, arriving at the end of the day. End of our services.
